These terms govern your use of GetCartner.com and submission of a CARTNER plan request. Submitting a request begins a conversation and does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability.

Service plans

CARTNER services, schedules, fees, responsibilities, and eligibility are confirmed separately in an approved plan or other written agreement. Service features shown on this site may depend on availability, retailer rules, item type, location, timing, and the plan selected.

Retailer purchases

Retailers—not CARTNER—control merchandise prices, inventory, promotions, taxes, deposits, warranties, and return policies. CARTNER does not guarantee that an item, price, promotion, or return will be available or approved. Additional services may be priced separately when applicable.

Your information and instructions

You agree to provide accurate information and authorized instructions. You are responsible for reviewing proposed substitutions, budgets, delivery directions, access instructions, and placement preferences. Do not use the site for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Website information

We work to keep the website accurate, but descriptions may be updated and occasional errors may occur. The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The CARTNER name, branding, website design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to CARTNER and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CARTNER is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
